I’ve been using a Turbine for years. Perhaps from its release. (Was it on Kickstarter?)
I breathe through my nose significantly easier than without one.
My only quibble is that Face ID won’t recognise me when i wear one.
Is it because my nostrils are wider or what appears to be a nose ring?
But that’s not enough to lose a star.
I have used a Turbine during for years. I’ve even used one when sleeping a few times.
The Mute has a different shape to the Turbine and it is more comfortable when sleeping.
I breathe exclusively through my nose now. No more dog breath dry mouth in the morning.
I don’t snore often, so I can’t rate that. I sleep better when nose breathing, so it’s five stars from me.
Brilliant product. Realised after I needed the medium but family and friends use the small so they won't get wasted. Find the product costly as the only last for 10 days each but are definitely effective.

Tried all sizes. M was best fit. Does make breathing through nose easier. However, some corners on the inside are bare hard plastic and hurt if nose is pushed and sometimes when inserting. Biggest downside doesn’t stay in while sleeping but comes out and is hard to find in the dark bedroom.

It keeps the airway open but by the end of the night it is irritating my nose.
Thanks Hil. Great to hear that Mute is helping you. With regard to the irritation, make sure you're using the right size and adjust it for your nose. It can also take a bit of getting used to, but ultimately shouldn't be painful or irritating.
Quite poor , more awkward than the mute sleep version. I find it stays in worse than the sleep version also so I use the sleep mute for running instead

I've noticed a marked difference in my breathing at night - I'm much better about breathing through my nose with this.
However, whoever came up with the idea of making these only available in "clear" wasn't thinking. They are SO easy to lose since it's nearly impossible to see them! How about a hot pink model so when I take it off and it falls on the floor, I can actually find it again?

The mute dilators work very well for me and dramatically improved my breathing. For me I found it difficult to decide between the large and medium size. I would recommend taking extra time in deciding which works best for you in all conditions.

I've used your stater pack. Medium would fit better but you were out of stock. I use them with my oral appliance for sleep apnea.

Got these for my loud snoring mouth breathing husband.
The medium fits well and he was definitely quieter.He removed them for 2 nights on night 3 as he said the inside of his nose was getting a bit sore but then he started using them again.
He previously bought a professional dental snoring mouthguard for $3000 which started to move his teeth (🤦🏻♀️) so the Mute nasal dilators are a much cheaper solution.
Not perfect but definitely worth keeping a packet on hand.

I saw some improvement, but the packages are expensive. The dilators must be washed daily. The dilator rubbed my nose until it bled. Used medium and small did not work. I am going to return to nasal strips. I need surgery it BC BS will not pay even their rate increased $100 per month in 2026.

I was so worried it wouldnt stick, or that it would stick too much and rip off my skin...
But that didn't happen
First, the shape is perfect, I hate the tape that covers the corner of your mouth...
Second I was pleasantly surprised that this worked while I had cream on my lips for hydration! It stayed on all night, and came off gently no problem in the morning, no residue leftover.
This is the best, I'm going to buy enough for the year this company better never close

since I discovered these nasal dilator my breathing during the night has increased so much.
I had a deviated septum & it cause my nasal cavity air to be smaller, this dilator has been fantastic & I sleep so much better at night now.

i been using the tape and its very effective, however i am wondering why the high price for this item? more than a dollar each night.

Certainly does increase air flow when awake, but seems to irritate my nostrils, causes mucus build up and nose blockage. Still snoring

I just want to make sure that it's clear Mute is designed for night time use, and Turbine for day time and exercise. They can both be used in both scenarios, but they are different shapes and materials for those specific use cases, and are ideally suited for their designed use.
