I genuinely never write reviews, but the Turbine has been so sincerely life changing for me that I had to hop on here to recommend it. I’ve played sports my whole life, but after breaking my nose a few years ago, I’ve struggled with air intake while exercising to the point where I started to avoid it. I have struggled with a deviated septum all my life. Athletics and that condition compound to create a breathing nightmare. One side of my nose is always closed off and it's rarely the same side each day. Mouth breathing only creates its own issues. I have tried nasal strips with limited success. I found this product from Rhinomed on a forum by accident. It was cheap enough to try and after first use I discovered it was a real charm. An actual intra-nasal dilator was exactly what I needed. It's a little odd getting used to but I found it to be a difference maker. I can almost breathe properly.
